RULES FOR HOSTING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation will be confirmed after payment of 50% of the total value of the booked days and the deposit receipt must be sent by fax or e-mail within 2 DAYS after the reservation.
If the deposit slip is not sent in 2 days, the reservation will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED.
The rest of the payment of the daily rates will be paid in the CHECK-IN and any extra consumptions will be paid at check-out.
We accept pets.
LIMITED AGE OF HOSTS IN THE POUSADA: 12 years. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
It is MANDATORY to present an identity document upon check-in, including for accompanying persons. The hostel does not accept guests without ID, including companion.
We do not accept pets.
Cancellation policy
Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days before the expected date of arrival. After this deadline, there will be no refund.
In case of departure before the date scheduled in the reservation, the deposit will not be returned.
